Hiring Dental assistant for private general dental practice.
EFDA assistants preferred but not required. Duties: Applying sealants, taking impressions, performing coronal polishing, applying topical anesthetic or applying topical fluoride, chairside with a dentist performing multiple specialty procedures that you can be proud to be a part of with competitive hourly wages, bonus opportunity, dental coverage, paid vacation and paid holidays. RDA ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Demonstrates excellent team work through communication, positive attitude, willingness to help anywhere at any time.

Assists dentists in the care and treatment of patients
Supports and takes directions/instructions from eachother.
Prepares and maintains the operatories, sterilization area, back office areas.
RDA EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

EFDA Certification for EFDA assistants requirements.
Licensure by the state of Arizona as a Registered Expandend Function Dental Assistant
Coronal Polishing and Radiation Safety Certification Certificate
Prior experience in a dental office environment preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not necessary.
Excellent interpersonal skills
